Return Policy

14-Day Return Policy

If you ordered the wrong size, or you're not happy with your product, no problem, just get in touch with us at customer-care@havenoro.com and we will make it right! Havenoro.com Shop is always happy to exchange or refund your item within 14 days from the date of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different size, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • If an item is personalized it cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect
  • We inspect all returned items. Please make sure your returned items have tags on them and are returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • You will have to pay for any return shipping costs unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent)
