- Business Days Defined: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian and U.S. statutory holidays.

- Lost or Stolen Packages: Havenoro.com is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location. However, we will assist customers in filing claims with the appropriate shipping carrier in such cases.
